One of the very best small, summer-flowering shrubs with beautiful fluorescent rosy pink mophead blooms.  Glossy, dark green foliage provides the perfect background for the flowers. The Glowing Embers Hydrangea shrub blooms from mid-summer to fall. It is an attractive companion plant to evergreens in a foundation planting or massed under tall trees. This shrub attracts Butterflies and Hummingbirds. Grows 3 feet tall with as equal spread. An absolute show stopper!

Glowing Ember Hydrangea are easy to grow, and adapt to most conditions. Hydrangeas bloom on large buds formed on previous season's growth, any pruning should be done immediately after flowering. The flowers are good for cutting and drying. Feed once a year with a slow release fertilizer.
